Tomorrow is Kasey’s surgery day, and we’re holding her close in our hearts. If you can, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers—she means the world to us.
She’ll need to be at the hospital by 5:30 a.m., with the procedure starting at 7:00 a.m. They’ll begin with a dye injection to guide the lymph node biopsy, then Dr. Sekharan will take over at 7:30 a.m., followed by Dr.Swelstad at 8:30 a.m. The surgery should take around four hours, and it’s outpatient, so she’ll be coming home the same day.
I’ll share gentle updates throughout the day so you know how everything is going and how Kasey is doing.
