Kasey returned to school last Thursday, hoping for a kind and patient group of students this year. She had her MRI today and feels more at ease knowing what to expect. Results are still pending, and I’ll share an update when we receive them. Please pray for positive news and that the tumor has shrunk. Kasey is managing post-chemo better, finding relief with cat naps as needed. Her liver enzymes are back to normal, which we’re celebrating as a win. Cold caps are working wonders at this time, which is amazing new as well!!! No further updates until the MRI results. Her next chemo is scheduled for August 13, with labs the day before to check her white blood cell count for treatment eligibility.
