Kasey’s genetic testing results are back, and there’s no genetic link—great news for our family, though the situation could be better. Her second estrogen shot went much smoother with a skilled nurse, and it was less painful than the first. Kasey’s side effects have significantly reduced, and she’s feeling more like herself. She even completed her first workout—way to go, Kasey! She and Colt are off for a well-deserved weekend getaway to enjoy life and take a break from her challenges. Her next chemo session is Wednesday. Please keep her in your thoughts and pray for minimal side effects this next week.
